The video should ideally be under 1 minute for the best guest experience. We suggest 30 seconds or less.

That depends on your baker. Most bakers on SugarReels can accommodate orders of any size. Each initial package includes 300 scans, which is recommended for events with up to 100 cookies since guests may scan more than once. Additional scan packs are available if your event is larger.

Yes. Each QR code can be scanned multiple times. Your scan package determines how many total scans are included. When scans run low, additional packs can be purchased directly through your client portal.

We recommend ordering at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event to allow time for the baker to create your cookies, upload your video, and receive the processed QR code back. Talk to your baker about their specific timeline.

Yes — the edible ink printing process uses food-safe ink and does not affect the taste of the cookie at all. The QR code is printed directly onto the icing surface.

Yes. You will receive a private client portal link where you can preview your cookie design, watch the linked video, and download your QR code before your event date.
